Our Boys & Girls is a boutique agency specialising in experienced, charismatic wait, bar, hosting and
promotions staff right across Australia.

Our Boys & Girls offers a unique experience for clients, namely the ability to handpick the perfect team of skilled individuals for your next event or promotional exercise. You'll know exactly who'll be pouring the champagne, serving the food or getting the attention of hundreds of people for that important campaign!

Our Boys & Girls believes that having confident, organised and efficient staff for your event or promotion is key to the overall success of the occasion, allowing you to spend more time focusing on the overall project or event.

Launched in 2007 Our Boys & Girls has continued to grow without jeopardizing our core focus of providing amazing staff, complemented with first class customer service, and a dedicated head office team. With great management teams interstate means we￿ve had the ability to grow while still having good people in the coal face throughout Australia to ensure successful events and campaigns for our clients.  

Our team is only as big as is required. For Our Boys & Girls its never been about getting hundreds of staff on the books that you don￿t know, nor can you offer them regular work. We have found by keeping the team only as big as is needed means you keep all staff happy with regular work and have the capacity to know the personal abilities and strengths of each staff member. Saying that we do have over 250 staff throughout Australia and we￿re always growing.  

All new staff are put through a rigorous recruitment process with resumes, heads shots, personality test questions and a 20 minute interview with one of the Directors. They are required to attend team building exercises and frequent training, plus all must attend an in-house photo shoot and complete an online profile.

Overall we have created a business to eliminate the traditional problems that occur at events and promotions. Customer service is a big focus and we look at making your life easier while providing a calibre of staff that your clients expect and demand in todays market.
