We’re always looking for promo superstars to join our team.
Working at Our Boys & Girls, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of events - no two shifts are the same! These will include PR and marketing campaigns, activations, in-store events, product launches, driving campaigns, sampling, flyering, character suit work and more!
Ideal candidates will have a passion for the promotional industry, an extremely high level of experience and professionalism, outstanding presentation and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Our staff need the ability to simultaneously work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly and seemingly effortlessly, but also add to the overall experience and atmosphere with incredible enthusiasm, professionalism, confidence and charisma.
A successful candidate will possess the below:
· 1+ years of experience in all, or any of the following environments retail, brand activations or other promotional work
· Ability to use initiative to ensure the best outcome in any situation
· Extremely high level of attention to detail
· Exceptional personal presentation
· Engaging, confident and friendly personality
· Be proactive and able to work unsupervised
· Work effectively in a team - no job is too big or small
· Excellent communication skills
