Here’s how our event staff can help:
Organise delivery of outdoor furniture and decor items from our friends at Harry The Hirer, Dann Event Hire or Complete Function Hire. Or if you’ve got something from home you’d like to use, we can organise pick up and set up of that too!
Pick up catering from any cafe, restaurant or catering company of your choice.
Pick up drinks from any bottle shop - including grabbing the ice too!
Set up the picnic site so everything is looking absolutely spectacular for your arrival
Serve all the food and drinks throughout the picnic (keeping COVID safety top of mind at all times!)
Prepare individual ‘Powder Room Packs’ for all your guests which include toilet paper, mini soap, tissues and hand sanitiser for that inevitable trip to the park toilets. (Given enough time, these packs can be personalised.)
Provide hand sanitiser from HunterLab to ensure everyone at the picnic site has access to hand sanitiser at all times
And when the day is over, we’ll pack everything down, drop off any leftover food and drinks you’d like to keep to your place and then return the hire equipment.
All you have to do is get yourself ready, head to the park and head home. We’ll take care of absolutely everything else!
IMPORTANT: Our Boys & Girls staff have all undertaken the relevant COVID Safety training to ensure they’re absolutely qualified to help keep you and your guests safe. We’ll even take care of the contact tracing requirements.
